History of Sterling Attorney Search Firm

In 1988, Sterling Careers, Inc. was formed to service private business and large corporations with recruitment and placement of qualified applicants. During our development, we redirected our focus towards the legal market. Our reputation and integrity earned us prestigious national and global law firms as well as corporate legal employer clients. Since, we have dedicated our service to lateral attorneys, restructuring our business identity as Sterling Attorney Search Firm, LLC.

President’s Profile

Yvonne L. Ellis earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. For more than a decade, Ms. Ellis has successfully managed Sterling Attorney Search Firm, LLC. Receiving several recognitions for her accomplishments which include the Price Waterhouse Up & Comers and the Small Business Person of the Year. The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches elected Ms. Ellis as the Vice Chairperson of the Ambassador Committee and later invited her to the Board of Directors. She has spoken at many legal trade associations on topics for employers such as recruitment strategies, selective  hiring techniques and employee retention plans. Ms. Ellis believes in giving back to the community offering her time to law students on professional interview etiquette, salary and market trends. She began her career as an executive recruiter and has ultimately found her niche in the legal market.
