We stand behind our attorney placements offering money-back unconditional guarantees. In the event the new hire is unable to meet the employer’s performance expectations, Sterling Attorney Search Firm, LLC will reimburse you a pro-rata money back refund. These terms and conditions are set forth in our attorney placement agreement.

All of the applicants referred are date stamped, valid from the date sent for a term of one year. Once our referred attorney applicant accepts the employment offer our placement fee is due for services rendered. Fees are typically paid with thirty days after the new hire commences employment at the firm.

Our fees and multiple placement discounts

We are a contingency search firm. Placement fees are paid exclusively by the employers, we never charge the applicants. The placement fees are based on a percentage of the hired attorney’s annual base starting salary. Satisfied employer clients are our top priority. We believe in maintaining valued employer clients by extending discounts for multiple placements. During a specific calendar year, our placement fees are discounted to a second tier rate schedule for multiple hires. These terms and conditions are outlined in our placement fee agreement.
